Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.

  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.

MiddleFingerMile™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values our customers and stands behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Because many MiddleFingerMile™ items are made-to-order or limited-run, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
     
  • Incorrect size selection
     
  • Style or color preference
     
  • Delays caused by carriers once shipped
     

Please double-check sizing charts and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
     
  • Provide clear photos of:
     
    • The damaged or defective item
       
    • The packaging (if applicable)
       
  • Include your order number in your message
     

Once verified, we will:

  • Issue a replacement at no cost, or
     
  • Provide a refund, at our discretion
     

Lost or Stolen Packages

MiddleFingerMile™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim
     
  • Replacement is not guaranteed but may be offered on a case-by-case basis
     

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered production. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Shipping

  • We do not accept returns unless authorized
     
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
     

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order cancellation
     
  • Account restriction
     
  • Permanent ban from future purchases
